Finkenberg Open Air 2026: Die Schürzenjäger invite you to a huge Alpine rock festival

The Finkenberg Open Air 2026 is far more than just a festival – it is an emotional reunion, a musical promise and a meeting place for generations. On 22 August 2026, Finkenberg will once again become the centre of the Alpine rock world when the Schürzenjäger welcome fans from near and far to their legendary Alpine meadow.

Even in the run-up to the event, the traditional “Hey Mann! Festl” on 19 August and the warm-up party on 21 August will ensure a fantastic festival atmosphere in the Zillertal. A special highlight awaits visitors with the return of Alfred Eberharter Senior and Freddy Pfister as special guests – two Schürzenjäger legends who, together with the band, will bring a piece of music history back to life.

The popular Biker Corso will also be rolling through the valley once again, leaving spectators in awe and giving them a sense of freedom. DJ MOX will be hosting the programme, creating a fantastic atmosphere with his charm and energy.

The 2026 line-up brings together a variety of musical styles: the AlpenRebellen are known for their distinctive blend of rock, folk music and the Oberkrainer sound. Bergsignal delight audiences with authentic Alpine music that bridges tradition and modernity. Jason Nussbaumer & Band bring modern pop with a rough-and-ready edge to the stage, Marco Schober & Band deliver honest pop-rock with depth, and Matty Valentino creates a lively festival and party atmosphere.

Luggi Lu has also recently joined the line-up. The 20-year-old Tyrolean combines craftsmanship with music: during the week he works as a carpenter, whilst at the weekend he delights audiences with his authentic sound, which blends tradition with the spirit of the times. With his debut single ‘Sprühkleber’, he achieved immediate critical acclaim and is considered one of the most promising newcomers on the Alpine music scene.

The highlight of the day is the Schürzenjäger themselves. With Alfred Eberharter Jr., Dominik Ofner, Andreas Marberger, Christof von Haniel and Dennis Tschöke, the band blends tradition and the present to create a powerful Alpine rock experience. Backed by their brass section, they take the audience on a musical journey through the history of the Schürzenjäger – full of emotion, energy and unforgettable moments.
