Safety on the mountain - which safety measures apply in the ski area?

In addition to the conventional face mask, multifunctional cloths, ski masks, bandanas, tubular cloths, etc. are also used as face and nose protection. It is important that the mouth and nose are completely covered.

Free mouth and nose protection is available on request at the cash registers and lift stations. In addition, a "glacier tube cloth" can be purchased for € 1 at the ticket offices of the valley station.

The ski and pedestrian tickets can easily be purchased on site at the cash desks. There are enough cash registers open every day so that there are no / hardly any waiting times. The tickets can also be bought at our two ticket machines. It is also possible to buy the tickets online in advance and collect them from the pick-up machine. You can find the online ticket shop here.

Sufficient disinfectant dispensers are available for regular use between 1,500 m and 3,250 m. Please follow the general hygiene rules and wash your hands regularly.

Our gondolas are also regularly disinfected by our employees and continuous ventilation is provided.

The distance rule states that a minimum distance of 1 m must be observed. There are corresponding floor markings in the waiting area in front of the ticket offices at the valley station and in the waiting areas of the lifts. If possible, the minimum distance must also be maintained in the cable car cabins / gondolas. If the prescribed minimum distance from other people is not observed, the mask requirement applies. However, personal responsibility in terms of keeping your distance plays a major role.

Our guests are getting informed through a loudspeaker announcement and information signs in the whole ski area about the latest safety regulations.

  • Use off-peak times:

We know from our experience that, especially in autumn, many training teams go up the mountain in the morning. In order to get from the parking lot to the slopes more or less "direttissima" and relaxed, we recommend an ascent from 8.45 am.

This also applies to the restaurants:
If you plan your lunch break by 11:30 or after 14:00, you will definitely be spoiled for choice of seats. You also have the option of reserving a table in advance.

  • Chill instead of jostling:

Since reopening, we have been operating with full gondola capacity and are trying to offer our guests the fastest possible access to the slopes. Nevertheless, the following applies to waiting areas: "Chill instead of jostling"

  • Ensure ventilation of the cable car cabins:

When the weather permits, the windows in the cable cars are open to ensure good ventilation.

  • Follow instructions:

Please follow the recommendations of conduct and also the instructions of our employees, especially with regard to the applicable hygiene regulations.

  • Cashless payment:

If possible, make use of cashless payment.

  • Only healthy on the slopes:

If you have symptoms that could indicate a possible Covid-19 infection, please stay in your accommodation and contact the reception of your accommodation provider or a doctor immediately.

  • Show personal responsibility:

Protect your health and the health of your fellow human beings.

  • Inform in advance:

If you have any questions about slope conditions, amounts of fresh snow, etc., please contact by phone or find out more on our website.
