The Tux Mill in Juns, a piece of peasant culture dating from 1839, has been restored by the Tourist Association.
In the past, farms were largely self-sufficient. At our altitudes, large quantities of barley were cultivated, with the barley flour beeing used not only for bread but also for a variety of pastries.
From June till September you can watch every Monday from 1.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. how corn is milled into flour.
