Cross Country Skiing - Skating

The sports facilities in Tuxertal include 14 km of classical cross-country skiing tracks from Vorderlanersbach to Madseit, and a 14 km skating track in Juns/Madseit. Please observe the direction of the track. The track is maintained by the Tux-Finkenberg Tourist Association and is available for use free of charge.
Track rules:
1) Please use the right-hand track.
2) No dogs.
3) Do not walk on the track.
4) Please take your waste home with you.
Cross-country skiing instruction is available from the ski schools, while equipment can be hired or bought at all the sports stores and sport equipment hire centres.

- Free shuttle bus to the Tuxertal:
With bus no. 4104 of the Christophorus Bus Line (bus stop Stillupklamm - Hintertux). - Free use with Tux-Finkenberg ticket.
